Who we are
A neighborhood built on open communication.
The Terrace Block Association (TBA) is a 501(c)(3) neighborhood nonprofit that has been part of this community for many years. Our purpose is to enhance the livability of the area by establishing and maintaining open lines of communication between the neighborhood, government agencies and our residents.

Our association materials identify these streets near the southern end of East Orange, generally bordering South Orange Avenue:

Everyone in the area is welcome.
Membership is open to residents, property owners and business licensees within the association area. Our meetings are a collaborative place to share information on current events and neighborhood concerns.
Meetings may be virtual or in person. We sometimes welcome special guests, including the Mayor, police officials and council members.

Annual dues are $25 for the fiscal year October 2026–September 2027. Your support helps fund community engagement, neighborhood maintenance, administration fees and vendor costs.
